Beyonce and the "Girls(Who Run The World?)".

How do i say this? ..... the last time we heard from Beyonce in a big way was her colabo with Lady Gaga on Telephone, now she is debuting this new single "Girls(Who Run The World?)", and sadly is a total fail, is just too away and disconnected with what is happening in the music right now, is just exhausting, the beat , the lyrics, nothing makes sense ... one way to put this .... Epic Fail.
