The ladies from Destiny´s Child are not reuniting ... but they are working on their solo efforts, Beyonce already dropped her album "4" which debuted at #1 (thanks to the fans), although any single has been a hit, Michelle is working on her upcoming album, and Kelly is ready to still the spot light with her upcoming album "Here I Am", following the success of her sultry 1st single "Motivation", she´s moving onto the 2nd single "Lay On Me", this one is an upbeat Hip Hop-Piano driven track assisted by the help of Big Sean on a couple of verses.
